We are an addiction medicine practice focusing on medical management of substance dependencies.  This includes opioids, alcohol, an methamphetamine. Appropriate options for medical treatment will be offered with a patience centered approach and lowered barriers to care.

 

Limited primary care will be offered when needed for patients without other options. Referral patterns will be utilized for adjunctive, complimentary services and conditions or severity outside the scope or ability of the provider/office.

Opioid Recovery:

  1. Opioid replacement therapy utilizing Sublocade injections after appreciate Suboxone induction.

  2. Opioid antagonist therapy utilizing Vivitrol injections after appropriate withdrawal management using comfort med with or without bridge device.

 
 

Alcohol Recovery:

Mild to moderate withdrawal assistance. Relapse prevention medications to include Vivitrol injections
